This authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is handcrafted by the highly acclaimed artisan family producer of Mussini. They have been making their vinegars for over century. Using Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, grown in the local Modena region, it is then carefully aged in casks made from different woods until it reaches the perfect balance of colour, density, bouquet and bittersweet flavour.
A mouth-watering blend of rich and sweet Silan date syrup, blended with barrel-aged Italian Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, premium brandy spirit vinegar, and infused with natural Fig juice to create a delicious, velvety smooth Balsamic Cream vinegar. This is a firm customer favourite and great for dipping or using as a dressing.
