This authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is handcrafted by the highly acclaimed artisan family producer of Mussini. They have been making their vinegars for over century. Using Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, grown in the local Modena region, it is then carefully aged in casks made from different woods until it reaches the perfect balance of colour, density, bouquet and bittersweet flavour.
